In the locking system sector, locks that stand out due to an increased number of pins from different directions are becoming increasingly common. Well-known companies include Kaba, Goal and West, to name just a few, and they feature 20+ pairs of pins from 4+ different directions. With conventional hook profiles you quickly reach your limits, which is why drilling dimple picks have been offered here, but they only work to a limited extent. The ambitious picker was forced to build the picks entirely himself.
Together with probably one of the best lock pickers in this area, the great Yabende, MOKI has created a selection of picks that are specifically tailored to these locks to make it easier to navigate between the pins and still allow for targeted manipulation. As far as we can determine, our AKAB picks are the first commercially produced picks for this type of lock and are already very popular in the community.
